What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 2-5 business days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 2-3 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 0-1 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days please email us.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Items can only be returned under strict circumstances due to the amount of time spent making orders And the production of the products. 

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one  before the items ship. 

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time For the US is 2-3 business days, and 10-15 for international.

How do I use the chébé cream?

Thank you and congratulations on your purchase! You can use this cream after a fresh wash. Apply while damp and place in protective style. Or if wearing straight and/or  blow drying, you can still apply a lesser amount to hair to help detangle and moisten while damp, then blow dry. Re-apply every 3-5 days. Hair does not have to be damp to apply, but retains better when damp. I also recommend washing hair at least weekly.

How often do I apply the cream?

Every 3-5 days. Must use consistently, and coat hair ( if damp)to see best results. You want to apply the same frequency to dry hair with a lesser amount to prevent weighing hair down.
