I use this lemongrass creme in my daughters hair daily, it really moisturizes and i started using it in my hair as well. For some reason our hair doesnt absorb moisture too well, but this stuff absorbs and i can feel and see a difference.

Although this product didn’t look like the picture I was pleasantly pleased. You rub a small amount in your hands to melt and rub on hair. My hair wasn’t weighed down or greasy. I applied this at night with flexi rods and my hair looked like I curled it without heat damage. I will buy this again. I love the lemongrass but tempted to try one of the other products.

I like the smell and it moisturizes well. I have dry hair and low porosity so I use the chevron cream often. I have only been using it for 2 weeks so I really can't say that I see a major change but I do like the smell and it keeps my hair moist upon daily use. If I skip a day , my hair is dry. But I intend on continuing to use it and hope for motiveless results .

Smells great! I do find it interesting that this creme and oil is not recommended to put in scalp at same time. Therefore, I've been nervous to use creme with oil. Keep that in mind. The products have not shown physical results as of yet, but I will update.

I am not sure what the benefit is, as it is a new purchase. The bottle was opened and leaking and no response given regarding whether there was a seal. Since it was a hair product I did not worry about any contamination issues.
It is not of whipped consistency, more like a soft cocoa butter consistency - it smells nice. Once the jar is used, I hope I am able to report that my hair was helped. Directions note that it is best used on wet hair - I don't wash more than 1 or 2 times a week, any impact may be slow to show.

I have to answer just okay, because of how I received by package. I'm sure because of the hot weather is the reason this happened. But when I received my package, I had ordered two
chebe buttercream. The jar had melted to 3oz. of liquid in both jars. So when it finally solidified, I only had a 3 oz. jar of buttercream. Now as far the product goes, it has a nice smell, and it made my hair soft.
I can't say that I will reorder.

I’m typically not one to complain or be difficult, but there was a complication with my order/products when I received them in May and have yet to hear back from anyone. When I received my order at home the hair butters were faced down and with the hot temperature outside it caused them to melt and seep through the paper inside and box. The butter isn’t even a creamy consistency but it’s “grainy” almost like a sugar scrub..

I purchased the Chébé Buttercream - Lemongrass and the Anti-thinning Chébé Infused growth serum and so far I like them both. It’s only been about a month since I started using it. I have really bad alopecia from years of micro braids. I cannot say I see drastic growth; however, I feel some new roots coming in. I will definitely write an updated post.
As far as the customer service experience, it was amazing! When I received my product, the package smelled like lemon and to my surprise the Chébé Buttercream - Lemongrass had spilled and only left less than half of the product was left in the jar. I immediately reached out to customer service and was sent a free shipping label to send them the leftover product and was told that they would replace it. Within minutes, I received the free shipping label and the next day I received a shipping notification. I believe I received the replacement in about 4-5 days. Now that’s what great customer service looks like!
